It showed up safe and sound, and the packaging felt really sturdy. No marks or damage anywhere. I’m guessing they’re careful with how they pack these, because it arrived in perfect shape.

I was annoyed as soon as I looked at it up close. The finish looked rough, the edges were messy, and it just wasn’t what I expected at all. I don’t have the patience to deal with something that looks this unfinished.

I had a frustrating time with customer service. I reached out about my order, but the replies was slow and didn’t really help much. It felt like no one were that interested in fixing the issue. I get that mistakes happen, but the way they handled it really put me off ordering from them again.

I had mine up in no time, so if this one is anything to go by, it’s a straightforward setup overall.

The sign was mostly how I designed it, but the spacing came out a little weird compared to the preview. Not a huge deal, I can still use it, but yeah, I thought it would line up a bit better.

There are a fair few custom options to choose from, which is nice, but I wouldn’t say they’re anything amazing. It also feels a bit more fiddly than it probably needs to be, like they could’ve made the whole thing smoother if they’d put a bit more thought into the setup.
